Oven Cabinet Update #2

We had the realtor meet us at the house today to talk about the oven cabinet. I printed out the product specs for the ovens and cut out a piece of cardboard to match. I brought it to the house and held it up. It looks like the cabinet will work.... or so we thought....

While I was measuring the cabinet, I notice a crack... upon further inspection... a large crack.... upon further inspection, a large crack that someone had tried to cover up so we wouldn't notice it.
