Water Damage

We stopped by the house tonight and were horrified. It was pouring outside and when we walked into the master bedroom, we found the window all wet. At first we thought someone left the window open... but with further looking we saw that water was steadily dripping down from the top of the window through the drywall.

The water was actually seeping down the wall downstairs to the dining room. The puddle you see there is from the leak upstairs.

Of course, then I had to explain the problem to my realtor without telling him I was in the house ... but i figured better to get this fixed and take my chances with them warning me not to go in with my realtor. It would be to his benefit not to tell the builder though, otherwise, i'll have him come up every day to go through the house with us :)
